Construction Inspections
OnPoint specialists perform a series of on-site inspections throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to ENERGY STAR guidelines.
Performance Testing
During the initial construction phase, OnPoint specialists performance test to the duct systems to verify that the heating, cooling and duct systems perform as they were designed. At the end of construction, the entire home is tested for leakage using a specialized testing device known as a “blower door.”
Certification
Once your home has been determined to meet ENERGY STAR standards, OnPoint will issue your ENERGY STAR certificate.
